Cool Operator

Simple, bright and citrus-forward, and built from melon liqueur, lime juice, and vodka — the Cool Operator is a no-brainer.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz melon liqueur
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz white rum
  • 4 oz grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz orange juice

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender half-filled with ice.
  2. Blend until thick.
  3. Pour into a parfait glass.
  4. Garnish with a melon wedge and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve In
