A tantalizing recipe for Cuban Martini made with light rum and dry vermouth.
Ingredients:
3 oz light rum
1/2 oz dry vermouth
Method:
Pour both ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve.
