This tart recipe combines 1 1/2 oz light rum, 1/2 oz sweet vermouth and 1/2 oz tawny port into a Advanced-to-make drink.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz tawny port
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
