A delectable recipe for Cumulus made with Drambuie® Scotch whisky, Tia Maria® coffee liqueur, cream, egg and sugar.
Ingredients
- 3 cl Drambuie® Scotch whisky
- 1 1/2 cl Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
- 1 cl cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Shake intensely with ice.
- Serve in a frosted glass, and sprinkle with powdered coffee or nutmeg.
