A delectable recipe for Cumulus made with Drambuie® Scotch whisky, Tia Maria® coffee liqueur, cream, egg and sugar.

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Drambuie® Scotch whisky
  • 1 1/2 cl Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
  • 1 cl cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Shake intensely with ice.
  2. Serve in a frosted glass, and sprinkle with powdered coffee or nutmeg.
