Scotch Bird Flyer

A delightful recipe for Scotch Bird Flyer made with Scotch whisky, triple sec, light cream, powdered sugar and egg.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz light cream
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 egg yolk

Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a champagne flute, and serve.

Serve in:
Champagne Flute
