The Scotch Bird Flyer is a smooth and creamy cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky, 1/2 oz triple sec and 1 oz light cream.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz light cream
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a champagne flute, and serve.
