The Deep Sea Cocktail does one thing well: botanical with a herbal edge. Made with dry vermouth, gin, and anisette.
Ingredients
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz gin
- 1/4 tsp anisette
- 1 dash orange bitters
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice.
- Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
