There's something satisfying about a well-made Deep Sea Martini. This herbaceous version uses gin, dry vermouth, and Pernod® licorice liqueur for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 3 oz gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 tsp Pernod® licorice liqueur
- 1 dash orange bitters
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
