Diamond Head

Next time someone asks what to make, hand them this Diamond Head recipe — Herbaceous, satisfying, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz apricot brandy
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
  • 1/2 egg white

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
