Simple, aromatic and complex, and built from gin, dry vermouth, and anis liqueur — the Du Barry Cocktail is a no-brainer.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 tsp anis liqueur
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 slice orange
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Add the slice of orange and serve.
