A bright and citrusy drink featuring botanical gin, the Dundee Dream blends 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky, 1/2 oz sweet sherry and 1 oz mandarin juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
- 1/2 oz sweet sherry
- 1 oz mandarin juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3 oz dry ginger ale
Instructions
- Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into a highball glass.
- Add the ginger ale, garnish with a cherry and orange slice, and serve.
