Whisky Melba

Upper Ten® Scotch whisky and dry ginger ale might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Whisky Melba makes it work — herbaceous from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Upper Ten® Scotch whisky
  • 12 cl dry ginger ale
  • 3 – 4 drops Angostura® bitters
  • 1 piece ginger

Instructions

  1. Muddle a small piece of fresh ginger in the glass.
  2. Fill glass with ice, add whisky and ginger ale.
  3. Drop in a strip of lemon peel and stir gently.

Serve In
