A delectable recipe for El Nino made with vodka, peach schnapps, Blue Curacao liqueur, pineapple juice, orange juice and soda water.
Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 splash soda water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain over ice in a hurricane glass, and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
