Even Pair

Sophisticated and Medium to prepare, the Even Pair features 1 oz gin, 1 oz dry vermouth and 1/3 oz pear liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/3 oz pear liqueur
  • 4 oz tonic water

Instructions

  1. Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  2. Add tonic water, and serve.
