White rum and sweet vermouth might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Fair and Warmer Cocktail makes it work — herbaceous from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/2 tsp triple sec
Instructions
- Pour the rum, sweet vermouth and triple sec into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice.
- Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
