There's something satisfying about a well-made Flaming Asshole. This bracing version uses grenadine syrup, green creme de menthe, and creme de bananes for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
- 1/2 oz green creme de menthe
- 1/2 oz creme de bananes
- 1/2 oz overproof rum
Instructions
- Layer in this order: grenadine, creme de menthe, banana liqueur, white rum.
- Ignite rum before serving.
- Server with a straw.
