A classic drink with herbaceous character, the Flapper is made with rum, French vermouth, and Angostura® bitters. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ingredients
- 1 oz rum
- 1 oz French vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura® bitters
- 1/4 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Pour the rum and vermouth into a cocktail glass.
- Sweeten to taste.
- Add a dash of Angostura bitters.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of orange.
