Frosty Nog

Eggnog and sugar blended with three cups of crushed ice until smooth and frosty. This is frozen eggnog — a slushie version of the holiday classic that works in warmer weather or as a dessert-style drink. The blending aerates the eggnog into something lighter and more refreshing than the traditional version.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the eggnog and sugar in a blender.
  2. Blend at medium speed, slowly adding 3 cups of crushed ice.
  3. Blend until smooth and frosty.
  4. Pour into a parfait glass, and garnish with almond slivers and a dusting of nutmeg.
