The Frozen Blue Daiquiri takes the classic Cuban cocktail and turns it into a blended, electric-blue showpiece with Blue Curaçao. The original Daiquiri — named after a beach near Santiago de Cuba and popularized by American mining engineer Jennings Cox around 1898 — is one of the simplest and most perfect cocktails ever made. This frozen variation trades simplicity for spectacle: white rum, Blue Curaçao, and lime juice blended with ice into a slushy, impossibly blue tropical cooler. It’s a pool bar and beach resort staple that looks as good as it tastes.
