The Frozen Irish Coffee is a sweet coffee-tea made with 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey, 5 oz hot black coffee and 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
- 5 oz hot black coffee
- 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Shake briefly in a highball glass with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice.
- Top with ice cream, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
- Serve with straws.
