A great recipe for Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri made with light rum, pineapple, lime juice and sugar.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz light rum
4 pineapple chunks
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp sugar
Method:
Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
