The Coco Loco #2 starts with silver tequila and finishes bright and tropical. At 7 ingredients, it hits the sweet spot between simple and interesting.
Ingredients
- 2 oz silver tequila
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz gin
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 fresh coconut
Instructions
- Saw off the top of the coconut and pour the coconut water into a glass.
- Add one cup of crushed ice to the coconut and pour in all the other ingredients (including the coconut water).
- Squeeze in a half lime, and drop the shell in.
- Stir well.
- Add a straw and a paper umbrella, and serve.
