Golden Slipper

The Golden Slipper does one thing well: warming with a clean edge. Made with apricot brandy, Yellow Chartreuse®, and 1 egg yolk.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz apricot brandy
  • 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
  2. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.

Serve In

Cocktail Glass
