Grape Flip

Cold milk, red grape juice, egg yolk, and raspberry syrup blended into a rich, fruity flip. The ‘flip’ is a cocktail category defined by the inclusion of a whole egg or yolk, creating a creamy, frothy texture. The grape and raspberry combination produces a deep purple drink with dessert-like richness.

Ingredients

  • 10 cl cold milk
  • 5 cl red grape juice
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp raspberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Shake or blend very well, serving ice cold in a burgundy glass.
  2. If you wish to garnish, use grapes.
