Gin and triple sec might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Grass Skirt makes it work — island-inspired from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp grenadine syrup
- 1 slice pineapple
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, triple sec, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
- Shake well.
- Pour into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with the pineapple slice.
