Guavaberry Royale

Guavaberry liqueur topped with chilled champagne in a frozen flute. A Caribbean Kir Royale — the guavaberry adds warm spice and deep berry notes to the champagne's effervescence. More complex than a standard Kir Royale because guavaberry brings cinnamon and clove alongside the fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz guavaberry liqueur
  • 5 oz chilled Champagne

Instructions

  1. Pour the guavaberry liqueur into a frozen champagne glass.
  2. Top with chilled champagne, completely or to taste, and serve.
