Hong Kong Fizz

A yummy recipe for Hong Kong Fizz made with vodka, gin, benedictine herbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse®, Green Chartreuse®, lemon juice, soda water and caster sugar.

1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
1/2 oz lemon juice
4 oz soda water
1/2 tsp caster sugar

Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a highball glass half-filled with ice. Add soda, straws and a muddler, and serve.

Serve in:
Highball Glass
