Hong Kong Fizz

This tart recipe combines 1/2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz gin and 1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur into a Advanced-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
  • 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 4 oz soda water
  • 1/2 tsp caster sugar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a highball glass half-filled with ice.
  2. Add soda, straws and a muddler, and serve.

Serve In
