Hot Rum Chocolate

A yummy recipe for Hot Rum Chocolate made with dark rum, cocoa, whipped cream and sugar.

Ingredients:
1 oz dark rum
5 oz hot cocoa
1 tbsp whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Method:
Combine rum and cocoa in an irish coffee cup, and sweeten to taste. Top with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.

Serve in:
Irish Coffee Cup
