This homemade Baileys Irish Cream recipe recreates the famous Irish cream liqueur from scratch. Sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk form the creamy base, while Scotch whisky (or Irish whiskey) provides the spirit backbone. Vanilla extract and glycerine add smoothness and body. The recipe makes a full batch — perfect for holiday gifts or stocking a home bar. Homemade versions often taste richer and more complex than the commercial product, and you can adjust the sweetness to your liking.
