Irish Cream Liqueur

There's something satisfying about a well-made Irish Cream Liqueur. This velvety smooth version uses Scotch whisky, s half-and-half, and sweetened condensed milk for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Scotch whisky
  • 1 1/4 cups half-and-half
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 drops coconut syrup
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix scotch and milk.
  2. Add half-and-half.
  3. Add syrups, and serve in wine glasses.

Serve In
