Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Island Rose features 3/4 oz tequila, 3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur and 1/2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz tequila
- 3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz heavy cream
Instructions
- Shake well with ice and serve straight up or over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
- Float a rose petal on the surface, and serve.
