The Jamaican Fizz belongs in every home bartender's repertoire. With just 4 ingredients, you get a island-inspired drink that punches well above its weight.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 4 oz club soda
Instructions
- Pour the rum, pineapple juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Add club soda, stir, and serve.
