Jamaican Fizz

The Jamaican Fizz belongs in every home bartender's repertoire. With just 4 ingredients, you get a island-inspired drink that punches well above its weight.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp superfine sugar
  • 4 oz club soda

Instructions

  1. Pour the rum, pineapple juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes.
  3. Add club soda, stir, and serve.
