A tantalizing recipe for Jamaican Fizz made with dark rum, pineapple juice, superfine sugar and club soda.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz dark rum
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
4 oz club soda
Method:
Pour the rum, pineapple juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add club soda, stir, and serve.
