A tasty recipe for Joe Collins made with Scotch whisky, sweet and sour mix, Coca-Cola® and cherry.
Ingredients:
1 oz Scotch whisky
2 oz sweet and sour mix
Coca-Cola®
1 cherry
Method:
Pour scotch and sweet and sour into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir well. Fill with cola and stir lightly. Top with the cherry and serve.
