A yummy recipe for Love in the Afternoon made with dark rum, strawberry liqueur, orange juice, coconut cream, sugar syrup, whipping cream and strawberries.
Ingredients:
2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz strawberry liqueur
1 oz orange juice
3/4 oz coconut cream
1/2 oz sugar syrup
1/2 oz whipping cream
3 – 4 strawberries
Method:
Blend ingredients in a pina colada glass until smooth. Add half a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Garnish with a strawberry, add straws, and serve.
