Dessert-like and Advanced to prepare, the Love in the Afternoon features 2 oz dark rum, 1/2 oz strawberry liqueur and 1 oz orange juice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz strawberry liqueur
- 1 oz orange juice
- 3/4 oz coconut cream
- 1/2 oz sugar syrup
- 1/2 oz whipping cream
- 3 – 4 strawberries
Instructions
- Blend ingredients in a pina colada glass until smooth.
- Add half a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly.
- Garnish with a strawberry, add straws, and serve.
