Coconut liqueur and lemon juice might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Lucky Driver makes it work — bright and tropical from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 1 cl coconut liqueur
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 5 cl pineapple juice
- 5 cl grapefruit juice
- 5 cl orange juice
- 15 cl sugar syrup
Instructions
- Prepare in a blender or shaker, serve in a highball glass with 2-3 ice cubes.
- Garnish with one orange slice, and one lemon slice.
- Use only freshly squeezed juice for best results.
