A bright and citrusy drink with a clean vodka base, the Maraschino Collins blends 1 1/2 oz vodka, 1 1/2 oz sweetened maraschino cherry juice and 1 oz fresh lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 1/2 oz sweetened maraschino cherry juice
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz club soda
Instructions
- Pour the vodka, fresh lemon juice and sweetened maraschino juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake and strain into a tall glass (12-16 oz) half-filled with crushed ice.
- Fill with club soda.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry.
- Add a teaspoon of sugar optional.
- Serve.
