A luscious recipe for Melon Island made with vodka, Pisang Ambon® liqueur, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice.
Ingredients:
1 1/3 oz vodka
1/3 oz Pisang Ambon® liqueur
1/3 oz passion-fruit liqueur
2/3 oz vanilla ice cream
3 1/3 oz pineapple juice
Method:
Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.
