Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Melon Island features 1 1/3 oz vodka, 1/3 oz Pisang Ambon® liqueur and 1/3 oz passion-fruit liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 oz vodka
- 1/3 oz Pisang Ambon® liqueur
- 1/3 oz passion-fruit liqueur
- 2/3 oz vanilla ice cream
- 3 1/3 oz pineapple juice
Instructions
- Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Pour into a highball glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.
