Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Mid-Summer Tea features 1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum, 1 1/2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur and 1/2 oz pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
- 1 1/2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz cranberry juice
- 1 splash orange juice
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except orange juice) together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, add orange juice and serve.
