Mid-Summer Tea

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Mid-Summer Tea features 1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum, 1 1/2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur and 1/2 oz pineapple juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 splash orange juice

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except orange juice) together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, add orange juice and serve.

Serve In
