Moana Sands

This dessert-like recipe combines 1/2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur, 1 1/2 oz peach schnapps and coconut syrup into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz peach schnapps
  • coconut syrup
  • orange juice

Instructions

  1. Pour chambord and peach schnapps over crushed ice in a collins glass.
  2. Fill up to half with coconut syrup, fill the other half with orange juice, and stir.
  3. Garnish with a paper umbrella through a marachino cherry and orange wedge.
  4. After a few minutes the juice and syrup should separate from the alcohol giving it a sand-like look.
  5. (But it tastes much better.)

Serve In
