A great recipe for Mochito made with mint, lemon juice, Jamaican dark rum, club soda and Angostura® bitters.

1/2 handful mint
3 cl lemon juice
1/8 liter Jamaican dark rum
1/8 liter club soda
8 drops Angostura® bitters

Place mint leaves with lemon juice in a collins glass, and mash the mint with a spoon. Add ice, rum and fill up with club soda. Top with angostura bitters, and serve.

Serve in:
Collins Glass
