The Mochito belongs in every home bartender's repertoire. With just 5 ingredients, you get a crisp with a minty edge drink that punches well above its weight.
Ingredients
- 1/2 handful mint
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 1/8 liter Jamaican dark rum
- 1/8 liter club soda
- 8 drops Angostura® bitters
Instructions
- Place mint leaves with lemon juice in a collins glass, and mash the mint with a spoon.
- Add ice, rum and fill up with club soda.
- Top with angostura bitters, and serve.
