Montezuma

The Montezuma is a smooth and creamy cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz tequila, 1 oz madeira and 1 egg yolk.

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz madeira
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients briefly made with half a cup of crushed ice, in a blender at low speed.
  2. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
