The Montezuma is a smooth and creamy cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz tequila, 1 oz madeira and 1 egg yolk.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 1 oz madeira
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions
- Blend ingredients briefly made with half a cup of crushed ice, in a blender at low speed.
- Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
