New Orleans Fizz

The New Orleans Fizz is a tangy cocktails made with 2 oz gin, 1/4 oz cream and 1 dash orange flower water.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/4 oz cream
  • 1 dash orange flower water
  • 1/4 – 3/4 oz sugar syrup
  • 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 oz lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except soda) well over ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, fill with soda, and serve.

Serve In
