The New Yorker is a spirit-forward cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey, 1 lime wedge and 2 – 3 dashes grenadine syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 2 – 3 dashes grenadine syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour bourbon over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Squeeze a lime wedge into the drink, and drop into glass.
  3. Add grenadine, stir well, and serve.
