A tasty recipe for White Lady made with gin, egg, light cream and superfine sugar.
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 egg white
1 oz light cream
1 tsp superfine sugar
Method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
