Zesty and Medium to prepare, the Palais Royal features 3 oz Champagne, 1 oz cognac and 1/3 oz cherry brandy.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 1 oz cognac
  • 1/3 oz cherry brandy
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pour ingredients into a wine glass half-filled with crushed ice.
  2. Garnish with a half-slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry.

Serve In
