Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Pepinos Cafe features 1 oz tequila, 1/4 – 3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur and 1/2 tsp brown sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 oz tequila
- 1/4 – 3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 cup strong hot coffee
- 1 oz light whipped cream
Instructions
- Heat tequila and kahlua in a heat-resistant glass or cup, and stir in sugar.
- Fill with coffee, stir again, and top with cream.
