The Periodista is a citrus-forward cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz white rum, 1/4 oz triple sec and 1/4 oz apricot brandy.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1/4 oz triple sec
- 1/4 oz apricot brandy
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 twist lime peel
Instructions
- Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker.
- Strain into a cocktail glass, add a twist of lime peel, and serve.
