Crisp and Medium to prepare, the Venus Rum features 1 1/2 oz white rum, 1 oz apricot brandy and 1/2 oz triple sec.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1 oz apricot brandy
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 oz soda water
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except soda water) and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice.
- Add soda, add straws, garnish with a slice of starfruit, and serve.
