A rich and sweet drink built on smooth rum, the Physcadelic Summer blends 1 oz Parfait Amour® orange liqueur, 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum and 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Parfait Amour® orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
- 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1 tsp grenadine syrup
Instructions
- Pour the Parfait Amour, Malibu rum, Cointreau, blue curacao and grenadine into a blender with half a cup of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
- Drizzle grenadine over the top, garnish with a slice of lemon or lime, and serve.
