The Pineapple Cooler is a rich and sweet cocktails made with 2 oz white wine, 2 oz pineapple juice and carbonated water.
Ingredients
- 2 oz white wine
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- carbonated water
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Pour white wine, pineapple juice, powdered sugar and two-ounces of carbonated water into a collins glass and stir.
- Add ice cubes, fill with carbonated water, and stir again.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and an orange spiral over the rim.
